Thinking of starting a company, or curious about the entrepreneurial ecosystem? Please join the Club and fellow alumni for a workshop on entrepreneurialism led by Professor Andy Lawlor.
The workshop will cover many of the issues entrepreneurs face when developing a Business Plan; the need for developing a product/service that offers a distinctive competitive advantage, the need to create and communicate a clear and compelling value proposition, the need to be very focused on a high need market segment, financial strategy and what investors look for.
The workshop is to be conversational and very interactive, so absolutely bring your ideas and questions for starting a business. Andy will not only draw on his experience but also on those of other alumni in attendance.
