Ross Alumni Club Members and their Guests are extended a unique opportunity to experience just how OnStar is brought to life through a ‘behind the scenes’ tour of the OnStar Command Center.  

OnStar is known for its simple-to-use, yet comprehensive safety, security and convenience services which provide real value and peace-of-mind to millions.

The OnStar Command Center is a state-of-the-art facility that serves as a mission-critical, centralized coordination point for all customer-facing operations.  It is staffed 24/7/365.  Each day, OnStar responds to over 100,000 requests for service from a 5.5 million subscriber base.
