Dinner and Wine Tasting The Lark and Feudi di San Gregorio Winery | Please join fellow Alumni and friends for an incredible evening of fine wine and food at The Lark (http://www.thelark.com), a Michigan institution and one of the most celebrated restaurants in the Midwest known for its eclectic, French-inspired cuisine as well as its extensive wine selection. | | | | The evening will begin with a wine reception in the garden, where Chef de Cuisine John Somerville will demonstrate a grilled appetizer, followed by a five-course dinner selected by Chef John and Adrian Lark paired with wines from Feudi di San Gregorio Winery of Italy (http://www.feudi.it). In less than two decades, the Feudi di San Gregorio wine estate has positioned itself at the forefront of a successful revitalization of Italy’s Campania winemaking region, putting a modern spin on wines made from ancient, indigenous grape varietals. Robert Parker of The Wine Advocate has called Gregorio’s wines “off the charts”.
