It is the World Leader in building complex manufacturing facilities with many of its customer relationships dating back nearly 100 years. Walbridge’s construction projects are located in over 20 states and many foreign countries and has offices in Detroit, Charlotte, Tampa, Chicago, Pittsburg, San Antonio, Bermuda, Canada, Mexico, Romania, Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates. Walbridge’s 2008 revenue totaled $1.3 Billion and it employs 3,000 people. John is a firm believer in the value of diversity, global competition, lean and TQM. John is a 3rd-generation American of Romanian descent and was appointed Romania’s Honorary Consul General to the United States in 1998. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University in 1970 and completed the Small Company Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He is married to Terry and they have 4 children.
